    5. The agreement
    Read the agreement
    1. The service. Andover Auto Group, LLC ("Andover") provides a chauffeured ride in its 2016 Range Rover SV Autobiography. An Andover driver drives the whole time; you never drive the car. The car seats up to 3 passengers besides the driver. Grand Exit is $595. Arrival and Exit is $895. Each includes a drive of up to 25 miles from your venue. If your venue or destination is farther, Andover tells you the travel fee before your date, and you may cancel for a full refund if you don't accept it.
    2. Booking and payment. Your date is held once the deposit is paid: $300 for Grand Exit, $450 for Arrival and Exit. The balance is due 14 days before your date, charged to the card you choose. A booking made less than 14 days ahead is paid in full when you book. A tip for your driver is welcome and never expected.
    3. Changes and cancelling. You may move your booking once to another open date within 12 months, at no charge, if you tell Andover at least 30 days ahead; your deposit moves with you. If you cancel more than 14 days ahead, Andover keeps the deposit, because the date was held for you. If you cancel 14 days or less ahead, the full price is owed. If Andover cancels for any reason, or severe weather makes driving unsafe in Andover's judgment, you get back everything you paid.
    4. Time. Each package's time starts at the scheduled arrival, not when the couple is ready. After a 15-minute grace period, extra time is $75 per half hour, and the driver asks before staying. If you are running late, call or text your driver; Andover waits within your package's time.
    5. In the car. Seat belts on. No smoking or vaping. Confetti, glitter, rice, silly string and sparklers stay outside and at least 10 feet from the car; Andover puts on the only decorations, and nothing is taped, tied or attached to the paint. The champagne is for passengers 21 and over. Only passengers may drink, and the driver may end a ride if anyone's safety is at risk; the price is still owed.
    6. Cleaning and damage. Andover photographs the car before and after your ride. If the car needs more than normal cleaning, a cleaning fee of $250 applies. You are responsible for damage your party causes, at the actual cost of repair, shown to you with the photos and the repair bill.
    7. If something goes wrong with the car. Andover checks the car before every booking. If it can't run, Andover sends a comparable luxury car with a driver, or, if you prefer or none is available, refunds everything you paid. That is the whole of Andover's responsibility for a car that can't run.
    8. Things outside anyone's control. Traffic, road closures, weather, accidents involving other drivers and venue delays can change times. Andover plans around them and keeps you informed, but is not responsible for losses they cause beyond refunding the part of the service that could not be provided.
    9. Photos. Andover photographs your getaway for its own use only if you said yes when you booked. You can change your mind any time by telling Andover, and it will stop using them.
    10. Responsibility. Andover carries commercial auto insurance for its passengers. Except for injury or damage caused by Andover's own negligence, Andover's responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid. Each side is responsible for claims caused by its own people: Andover for its driver, you for your guests.
    11. The rest. Texas law governs this agreement, and any dispute goes to the courts of Denton County, Texas. This is the whole agreement; a change counts only in writing (an email is fine). Version 2026-10-26.
